Our Intellectual Property Executive, Mr. Joseph Fenech, attended a seminar for IP practitioners, hosted by the Industrial Property Registrations Directorate – Commerce Department and the EUIPO. The event featured insightful updates on case law, mediation practices, and recent developments, by members of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal.
It was an excellent opportunity to gain insights from experts and exchange knowledge on intellectual property matters.
