Our Partner, Dr Denia Ellul, will be representing our law firm at the AIJA 2024 Half Year November Conference in Luxembourg from 13th to 16th November 2024.

The conference, themed “Empowering Global Success: Unleashing the Potential of International Structures in a Heavily Regulated World,” will bring together leading legal professionals to discuss the evolving challenges and opportunities in global corporate structuring, international regulations, and cross-border legal solutions. Attendees will explore how businesses and legal practitioners can navigate and leverage the intricate web of national and international regulations to create innovative, resilient business models in a globalized world. They will also discuss the evolving challenges and opportunities in global corporate structuring, and cross-border legal solutions.

As a global hub for financial services, corporate structuring, and EU legislation, Luxembourg provides the perfect backdrop for this in-depth discussion. The conference will focus on how businesses and legal practitioners can navigate and leverage the intricate web of national and international regulations to create innovative, resilient business models in a globalised world.

AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers, is dedicated to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under. This global platform allows young lawyers to connect, develop, and advocate for key legal principles across diverse cultures.

Dr Ellul’s participation will enhance our firm’s understanding of the latest trends and strategies in global corporate structuring and international regulations.
