Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal (“FFFL”) was recently appointed by Monaco Telecom to act as its legal counsel in Malta on the purchase of 100% of the shareholding in Vodafone Malta for the price of €250 million. Monaco Telecom is the incumbent telecoms operator in the Principality of Monaco and offers fixed line and mobile telephony, internet as well as TV services in the Principality. Monaco Telecom is owned by the Principality of Monaco and NJJ Telecom.
