We are pleased to announce that Dr Tonio Fenech, co-founder of the law firm, has transitioned his role from partner to that of senior consultant to the Firm with effect from the 1st April 2023. In this capacity, Tonio will continue to service clients of the firm and act as a consultant to the Firm on matters within his areas of specialization, including trusts, fiduciary obligations, corporate, asset finance and aviation law.
Whilst Tonio will no longer participate in the management of the law firm, he plans to remain active in his consultancy role.
The partners of the Firm thank Tonio for his active contribution to its development over the last fourteen years and welcome his continuing professional involvement as a consultant in the interests of its client base and of the firm itself.
