On the 12^th July 2013 one of the firm?s partners, Dr Christian Farrugia, attended a workshop organized by the Malta Financial Services Authority on the subject ?Forward Looking Assessment of the Undertaking?s Own Risks (based on ORSA principles). The workshop focused on the EIOPA guidelines which were recently issued for the establishment of procedures to develop a forward looking assessment of an undertaking?s own risks within the framework of the Solvency II Directive. Dr Farrugia acts as a non-executive director of Abbey International Insurance PCC Limited as well as Chairman of Bawag Bank Malta Liimited, a subsidiary of the Austrian Bank, Bawag P.S.K ?
