By virtue of Legal Notices 306 and 307 of 2018 the Minister for the Digital Economy and the Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services, Digital Economy and Innovation, in consultation with Malta Financial Services Authority respectively have established the 1st November 2018 as the date of entry into force of the Innovative Technology Arrangements and Services Act (the “ITAS Act”) and the Virtual Financial Assets Act (the “VFA Act”) respectively.
