The Firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join its Birkirkara office. This is a substantive role for a motivated legal professional who wishes to develop a long-term career within a firm that values rigour, integrity, and client excellence.
Reporting to and working under the guidance of a Partner, the successful candidate will manage client relationships, advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters, and contribute to the continued growth of the Firm’s practice. The role offers meaningful client contact from an early stage, together with the support and mentorship required to thrive in a demanding professional environment.

Requirements
- A warrant to practise as an advocate in Malta.
- Proficient written and spoken communication in both English and Maltese; knowledge of additional languages will be regarded as an asset.
- A postgraduate degree in law or a related discipline will be considered favourably.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical legal advice.
- A commitment to professional excellence and a genuine desire to develop progressively within the Firm.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with the dedication that the demands of legal practice require.
- A willingness, where required, to travel overseas in connection with client assignments and professional conferences.
